"I don't even know where to begin! Rosie was an absolute pleasure to work with leading up to and on our wedding day! She is literally the sweetest and cutest person. Not only is she SO kind, but she is also amazing at what she does! What initially drew me to her is her certification by Makeup by Mario, who is one of the most influential makeup artists in the world. I am a makeup junkie and am pretty good at applying makeup myself, so I was picky in my selection and was going for a very specific look.
